Welcome to South Florida Uplight's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Customers must provide accurate information when booking an event.
- A deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Customers must make the final payment at least 48 hours before the event.
- Customers are responsible for any damage to equipment caused during the event.
- Our team will arrive at least one hour before the event to set up the equipment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid additional charges.
- In the event of a technical issue, our team will work quickly to resolve it. However, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen problems.
- All services are subject to availability and discretion of our team.
